Narrative

The Jackal is an elusive assassin who makes his living by carrying out high-stakes assassinations. He soon meets his match in the form of a persistent British intelligence officer who tracks him down in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe.

A really good thriller with excellent acting

In the film The Day of the Jackal (1973), the Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an earlier generation model. Mentioned in Graham Norton and guest: Denzel Washington/Paul Mescal/Saoirse Ronan/Eddie Redmayne/Blossoms (2024).

In fact, the entire cast was professional

The whole thing was slightly spoiled by the amateurish performance of the leading actress, who seemed artificial in her entire personality. Fortunately, Redmayne saved the day by playing Edward Fox in an outstanding performance as a professional assassin.

I have watched 5 episodes so far, so I am not sure about the ending, but my main complaint was the lead actress, who was way below par

However, although the series falls short of the previous two productions, through no fault of its own, they were simply better than this series, and the actors were well experienced and experienced in their roles.
